How do I activate eBilling?
It’s easy and will only take a couple of minutes.
If you don’t know your account details they can be found on a recent invoice, then click “Activate My eBilling” and complete a few simple questions.
We will send you an email within 48 hours to confirm your request, which will contain a link that will complete your activation.
Please add email@example.com to your safe senders list / contacts, as some email providers will automatically add it to your junk inbox by mistake.

eBilling completely replaces your current paper-based billing service and you will no longer receive paper bills.
For VAT purposes your electronic bills must be kept as a permanent record. To fulfil this requirement the documents are supplied as PDF files (Portable Document Format) for permanent storage.
