Once your order has been placed, picked, packed and scanned onto our carriers, you will receive an email link. Click on the link to find your allocated delivery slot.
When your order has been delivered, you will receive another email where you can see who has signed for it and get your proof of delivery (POD).
So whether you’re placing an order online or on the phone, you have the ability to track that order and give your customers the information they need.
